Your order is confirmed once payment has been received by us. Please make sure the name you put on the order form is clear when making a payment such as bank transfer. Many of our concerts and events sell out so advanced purchase is recommended, but tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
Mobile telephones and messaging equipment must be switched off during concerts and events.
Some of our concerts and events are professionally filmed and/or photographed. Your image may be captured in this footage and used by us for promotional purposes in print and on our digital channels. By registering for the event you are giving us your permission to use your image in this way.
We would like to keep you informed about our future concerts and events. We store your email address securely. You are of course able to unsubscribe at any time.
Covid rules: For everyone’s safety, you must not attend the concert if you, or someone with whom you have been in close contact, is displaying coronavirus symptoms. Rules on face masks and distancing will be communicated before the concert according to latest government guidelines.
